of Pennys-Flowers.com
by Penelope Craven. When you order your flowers from Penny's Flowers, you are DEALING DIRECT with the florist that is personally arranging and delivering your order. Orders are personally arranged with fresh local flowers for delivery every day. We are not a relay florist and we do not relay orders to other regions nor do we accept orders from internet relay florists (more about relay florists). We only service the Hobart & Sunshine Coast regions and do not take orders for delivery interstate or intrastate outside the Hobart & Sunshine Coast Regions. We have recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast Queensland and our current Head Office is at 63 Nandroya Road, Cooroy Queensland 4563 Australia. To ensure that you are still dealing direct with a local caring florist in Hobart that provides fresh quality flowers, Penny's Flowers Hobart orders are now fulfilled by the long established Chloe's Complete Flower Shop on the corner of Barrack & Macquarie Streets Hobart Tasmania. A new website is currently being constructed for the Chloe's flower shop. Penny's Flowers does not use stock photography from catalogues or brochures on its websites. All pictures of flower arrangements are real orders that have been delivered to customers or real orders that are offered to customers. All such images are the copyright of Penny's Flowers. |

| PAYMENT and ORDER METHODS : Payments can be made by credit card. Our Bendigo Bank EFTPOS accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Bankcard. Prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Orders can be taken via the online Order Form and Payments can be made via our SSL Secure Server facility (128 bit encryption) or by the telephone details that appear on the web pages, There is also an option for this on completion of the Order Form before proceeding to the Secure Server. When orders are made via the Order Form an automatic receipt is generated and sent to the email address that is entered on the form. Please ensure that you enter a valid e-mail address. Please note that some in some instances items or colours may be subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted with equal value or similar style to maintain your full order value. Please make sure that the correct delivery details are provided. We cannot be responsible for delivery to the wrong address if wrong details are given. |

When you have completed your order, email and delivery details, you can choose to pay online by proceeding to the SECURE WEB SERVER (128 bit encryption) for payment details. Signs of a Secure Connection. At the beginning of "the web site address" instead of http:// you will see https:// the "s" means "Secure connection". At the bottom of your Browsers Status Bar you will see a "Locked Padlock". These all indicate you are on a "Secure connection with the highest level of security". When you buy online your credit card details are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption software, this means your details cannot be read while being sent over the internet. All credit card details are deleted and destroyed after the transaction. We have operated secure transactions in excess of 5 years with zero security problems. |

We respect your privacy, all personal details we receive are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Your details will NOT be shared with any third party. We only will contact you after a purchase to confirm your delivery along with the free emailed digital photo of your order. All credit card details are immediately deleted and destroyed after the transaction.
